An ogre talent scout with an eye out for talented youngsters as well as junk food.
I wanted to catch that contrast between drab colours and gaudy that certain types of people seem to enjoy, but admittedly the character changed a few times as I was painting him.
He is a converted, of course. Originally he was a strange 35 mm or so human who looked like that guy from NYPD Blue. Sipowicz? Anyway, off with his head, and on with a GW ogre head. Collar is green stuffed.
